Palme is a labour of love for two Montrealers with Caribbean roots. After traveling and working abroad Ralph (Chef owner) and Lee-Anne (owner and design) made their dreams become reality and open a restaurant that represent all countries that have palm trees. Warm wether and tropical breezes is what can be found in the food and cocktails found at Palme. Specialized in Rhums from all over and exotic juices that will transport any client to a tropical oasis.
